The Tech Industry Alliance Leaders Awards took place last Friday night at a black tie gala event in the Radisson Blu in Little Island, Cork. We were delighted to see our partners at STEM Passport for Inclusion winning the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion award, sponsored by Deloitte.

Since its pilot in 2021, the programme has grown from a small, targeted intervention into a national movement for equity in STEM.

Initially launched with Mercy Inchicore Secondary School, Microsoft Ireland’s DreamSpace, Munster Technological University, RDI Hub, and local education partners, the initiative has now expanded across 23 counties and 117 schools, reaching 6,370 students, the majority of whom are girls from DEIS and rural schools.

We are delighted to partner with STEM passport for Inclusion (along with fellow regional partners MTU and Fexco) and look forward to supporting them as they go from strength to strength.

Pictured at the event are RDI Hub CEO Fergal Brosnan, with Isabel Meza Silva, STEM Passport, Andrea Paola Tordecilla Sanders, Maynooth University and Louise Broderick of Deloitte.
