Niall Larkin – Programme Manager
Niall Larkin is the Programmes Manager at the RDI Hub where he has the overall responsibility for the design, development and delivery of its world class corporate innovation and Start-up accelerator programmes.
On the corporate side, Niall has extensive experience leading digital transformation and corporate innovation programmes. On the entrepreneurship side, a Start-up veteran himself, Niall has worked directly with hundreds of entrepreneurs to support them in their efforts to transform their ideas into globally scalable businesses.

Sophie Keane
Sophie is a third year marketing student at the recently collaborated MTU and is now a member of the RDI Hub team, filling the role of marketing executive.
Sophie’s highly trained in social media marketing, blog writing and digital advertising. She is also a valuable team member for the development of Founders’ Circle events. The Entrepreneurial spirit is strong in this one! Sophie has a passion for fashion and has own business selling clothing collections on depop.com/s0phiekeane.

Andy McManagan

Andy is a third year marketing student at MTU and the current year three class representative for his course. He is an active member of the CIT Students Union with heavy involvement in the development of the student body as it merges with Institute of Technology Tralee under one collective, MTU.
Andy is a creative assistant at RDI Hub. His skillsets include event management, social media marketing and analytics, digital advertising and content creation.
In his spare time Andy is a singer, songwriter and thrill seeker with a keen interest in nature and all things creative. He performed in numerous shows and was an active member of the Rochestown Choir, Co.Cork for 4 years.
